This is a nice mid-morning snack or evening snack. Kids love it.

    In a blender, puree the strawberries with yogurt.

I left out the almond extract and added a banana...mmm, mmm! Very ymmy! Thank you!

    Yummy strawberry goodness that's good for you too! I used lowfat yogurt and substituted Splenda for the honey. I wouldn't have thought of the almond extract, but I liked it. Thanks for sharing this one Dancer^, it really hit the spot when I was looking for a light treat.
