I halved the amount of sugar and it was still almost too much, it was very good though! Next time I will use even less sugar, and I didn't puree the strawberries (left chunks) and that made it even tastier

This was super good and it didn't last in our home long at all. Thanks.

This recipe worked very well for me and tastes good, too! However, just a hint: remember to skim off the "foam" that boils up once you take it off the heat; it will ruin your syrup! Luckily I was able to get most of it out afterwards. :P

This fast and easy to make syrup is just wonderful. It tastes delicious, nice and clean with a strong strawberry flavour. I served the strawberry syrup with movenpick vanilla bean icecream. Perfect just perfect. Thanks so much for sharing Bev.
