These are sooooo yummy and very easy. It takes just a few minutes to prepare the strawberries and only seconds to prepare the puff pastry. This is a great summer recipe.

Wow, my family loved this dessert! I took the previous reviewer's suggestion and drizzled chocolate on the shortcake before adding the whipped cream. Wonderfully decadent! Made for the Dining Daredevils ZWT 5

Absolutely loved this recipe!!! I cut the recipe to serve one and just refroze the rest of the puff pastry to use later. I had bought strawberries last so needed to use them up but not 2 quarts worth. This would be great to serve company and it is so simple to make this dessert. The only thing I did differently was to drizzle some chocolate syrup on the pastry. Made as a bonus tagging for playing potluck tag. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe Sarah!!!
