Very good, very easy, and healthy too! I made this for breakfast and would make it again. Because I used non-fat vanilla yogurt I omitted the vanilla and the brown sugar.

I made a few changes. I only used a couple TBsp. milk instead of the 3/4 c. as I was looking for more of a shake consistency than a smoothie. The strawberries were frozen, and I threw in a couple ice cubes too. Tried a sip and threw in 1/2 c. frozen light cool whip--voila! Perfect strawberry shake!

Delicious! The strawberry flavour tastes straight out of the field!! I used fat-free vanilla yogurt. Great breakfast or snack!
