Strawberry Romaine Salad

A very tasty & refreshing combination.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Salad

Dressing

Directions

  1. 1
    Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Peel and slice cucumber. Slice onions and strawberries into small pieces. Gently toss all ingredients together.
  2. 2
    Pour dressing ingredients into a sealable container and shake to mix. Put dressing over salad just before serving. Enjoy!

    I made it twice this weekend. I Added Feta Cheese, and next time I will add Pecans. My husband loved it. Very refreshing. 5 Star in our home. Marilyn

    This salad had such and incredible flavor! The dressing is PERFECT! I added some pecan halves to the salad but that was the only change i made. This is a great summer salad! Thanks for posting!!!!

    A nice refreshing and flavorful salad for a light dinner! I added some toasted walnuts for crunch! The balsamic and strawberries are such a nice combination!
