Mmmm what a delicious and healthy shake! I loved it, and drank the entire thing by myself. Made with vanilla yogurt, and it was sweet enough so skipped the honey. Will definitely make again. Thanks Sharon, for a lovely drink, and I enjoyed the info you shared. Made for the Prop it Up event in photos forum.

Nice smothie. Made just as directed, but skipped the honey and ice. Great information on how to choose and store papaya. Made for the Epicurean Queen Team at ZWT5. (I'll not post my picture, Muffin's is so...nice!)

This makes a really nice, fresh-tasting smoothie! Mine came out really thick, but I'm thinking that's because of the 2% Greek yogurt that I used. I used light agave syrup instead of honey because I didn't have to dig as far back in the cabinet to find the agave syrup. I really liked that the fresh fruit flavor really shined through and wasn't overpowered by sweetness like a lot of smoothies I've tried. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT5 Caribbean
