Healthy, fruity, easy to make waffles. We serve them with a little honey on top.

SERVES 4 -6 , 6 -10 waffles (change servings and units)

    Chop your fruit into small pieces and use a teaspoon or two of your sugar to macerate them. Set aside.

    Combine all dry ingredients.

    Add wet ingredients.

    Mix well with mixer.

    Fold in fruit and juice.

    Cook on waffle iron.
