Oh, wow! Not only it tasted delicious, but it looked so pretty too! I really like that it is not too thick like some other similar recipes. I can't wait for the next strawberry season. I will definitely be making this often. Thank you.

I really did enjoy this as it was quite simple to make. I like it better without the club soda though. Will definitely make again!

I made this using whole frozen strawberries, and only plain water (no club soda). I did everything up to stirring in the lemon juice and then froze the mixture to use later. When I was ready, I simply added more water instead of the soda. I turned out well. I think I might add a little more sugar next time, but my kids absolutely loved it! They were upset that I stuck it in the freezer to begin with!lol
