Strawberry Jello Pie

My husband's grandmother served us this pie many years ago and we loved it. It has become a family favorite. It can be made with sugar-free jello and pudding if you prefer. It's a nice, light summer treat.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place strawberries in the pie shell.

    Set aside.
  3. 3
    Mix jello and pudding with water.
  4. 4
    Heat to a full boil, then remove from heat.

    Pour over berries and chill.

    Top with 1 T.

    Cool Whip, if desired.

    Thank you for this wonderful recipe! It was so easy and my family loved it. The only problem was it was gobbled up too fast! I will definitely be making this again.

    I too have been looking for this recipe - my aunt used to make it. Also, she made another one that she called strawberry jello pie which used strawberry jello and vanilla ice cream. Does anyone have a recipe for that? mary

    thank you so much, this a missing recipe of mine that I always loved and lost it. I have also made this with raspberries and raspberry jello with good results. thank you again for this wonderful recipe
