Tasty concoction I came up with because we like smoothie type drinks and were out of coconut milk.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Very good drink!!! I used 6 frozen strawberries, but they were small. The pineapple juice was still the strongest flavor. Next time I think I would go heavier on the strawberries. Thanks for posting MsSally!!!!

    this drink should be illegal is is waaaaay to good, I increased the coconut extract to 1 teaspoon, thanks for sharing MsSally!...Kitten

    Unquestionably Delicious! I didn't have any coconut extract in the house so I used coconut rum which proved to be the right choice! This is a great drink and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. Wonderful and summery! Thanks, MsSally : )

    A very refreshing drink for a hot summer day! The ingredients blend together well and I especially like the coconut extract in this drink. Wonderful!
