These were good, but a little on the bland side of things. The recipe worked well, but it just needs "something" to make them more special. They weren't sweet enough for my tastes, but I know some people prefer muffins to be that way. My 8-year-old said they were "very satisfying,"
but my other two kids didn't think so.
