I love this smoothie, although, I have been known to substitute the strawberries and pineapple juice for raspberries and pear juice, either way, this is a great smoothie. Whats not to love about fresh fruit, your imagination is the only limit, you can always use your own fruit combinations, you can't go wrong with a treat that satisfies at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Put the strawberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice and crushed pineapple into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. 2
Pour the fruit mixture into a chilled glass, add the dollop of whipped cream in the middle of the glass and stick your strawberry beside the whipped cream, sprinkle with a little sugar and enjoy.

Everyone enjoyed this drink as dessert last night. I did leave off the sugar as garnish. Made for Zaar Stars...

I did for 1 serving in a small hurricane glass. I love the fact that there is no yogurt and milk. Cause that way, my BF wants to drink this. Oops, I just saw that I forgot to add the crushed pineapple LOL but it was still yummy! Thanks BabyKato Made for Photo tag Game

Wonderful smoothie, I'd never used coconut milk before but it makes a delicious and smooth drink. I'm going to try it with different fruit and juice. Thanks for sharing...
