A delicious high-protein fruit smoothie, developed by a Teen Cook!

SERVES 3 , 3 cups (change servings and units)

    Add all ingredients to a blender, blending after each addition.

    Pour and enjoy!

    Hint: You might want to defrost any frozen ingredients prior to adding them to the blender.

    Alternative to Silken Tofu: 1/2 cup regular tofu, with 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or soy milk) pre-processed in the blender works fine.
