This was pretty tasty. I agree with ladypit that there is a slight tofu aftertaste but I will make again.

Not going to convert a die hard tofu hater (as there is a little tofu aftertaste in this one) but a good solid smoothie. I used rasberries instead of strawberries (just because I was out) and when I went to use my soy milk I found that it was bad! So I used skim with a little vanilla extract added in and some splenda. My 3 year old and I enjoyed this for breakfast. Thanks Mirj!
