Very nice, summery salad. As written, this recipe was a four for us, but with the addition of balsamic vinegar, it was a five. The balsamic really ties the flavours together well. Yum! Thanks LoriInIndiana!

Okay, the picture got me. Seeing something that beautiful, you just have to give it a try. I added some leftover London broil and made it into an entre salad. I thought the dress was a little thin and added 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. It added a little body and bind the lemon juice and oil. Delish!

I was so pleased with this beautiful salad!!! The colors just scream out summer! The dressing perfectly melds the strawberries and the asparagus. This salad took literally a few minutes to throw together and looked fabulous!!! Thank you LoriInIndiana for a wonderful recipe!!!
