These are beautiful, delicious and so easy. Sure to impress! Serve at Wedding or Baby showers, Valentines or Easter.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. 2
    Add powdered sugar and orange juice.
  3. 3
    Fill a cake decorator tube with mixture or a Freezer Zip Lock with the tip snipped off works well for this.
  4. 4
    From the point, slit each berry into quarters (do not cut through the bottom of the berry).
  5. 5
    Pipe cream cheese mixture into each berry.
  6. 6
    Arrange on a serving tray and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  7. 7
    Chill until ready to serve.

although these were ok, I thought they lacked in flavor. The guests didn't seem too crazy about them either. I think they could use a little pizaaz. Thanx for the recipe, I think I will play around with it a little, I really like the look on the platter, great presentation!

    Although these are quite time-consuming (it took me a lot longer than 20 minutes to prepare & fill the berries), the end result is impressive in presentation & taste!

    A really simple and elegant strawberry dessert. Great for company. The filling was just like cream cheese frosting with a slight orange flavor that complimented the strawberries nicely. I used the Ziploc method, and it was so easy to do. The addition of mint made them so pretty.

    I just served these for a shower and they received wonderful comments. I omitted the orange juice because I did not have any handy. They were easy to make and looked very pretty when done.
