Not only is this good for stomach relief but it's great in the morning when I wake up with a scratchy throat.

I will rate these on ease of prepartion and effectiveness. Nothing to putting it together and it is soothing on the stomach. I highly recommend the addition of the grated ginger not only for taste but it increases the soothing benefits. Thanks Rita for posting. Often time the simple remedies are the best.

A wonderful tea... I have been feeling realllllly blech! today (stomach flu???) and came across this recipe. OMG, this is a life saver! I did add a bit more honey and definitely included the ginger- due to it's awesome healing properties. This "tea" was really soothing and calming for my angry tummy. Thanks so much for sharing, Rita! I am about to make another cup before bed!
