Steaks On The Grill

Recipe #62860 | 19 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: keen5
May 22, 2003

My ex husband always did steaks like this. It is so tasty, that I cannot eat a steak any other way. I am basing servings on my family. Prep time does not include the marinating of the steaks.

SERVES 5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a glass baking dish, lightly sprinkle each steak with seasoned salt on both sides and rub into meat.
  2. 2
Generously sprinkle with A-1 sauce and rub in on both sides of meat.
  3. 3
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce on both sides and rub in.
  4. 4
Sprinkle both sides with Parsley flakes and cover leaving steaks to marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. 5
Fire up the grill and when hot, put steak on the grill, add any extra marinade to the steaks from the dish, as they are grilling.
  6. 6
For medium doneness, I grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

This recipe made for a great steak! We loved it! I used salt, garlic powder and garlic powder in place of the seasoning salt because I didn't have any on hand. It was great! Rich

I put these in Gallon bags and marinated all day. I got large steaks and cut them in half. They were delicious. I never would have come up with something this easy tasting so good. Thanks for posting!

Very tasty and super easy! Even the people in my family who really don't like steak ate this, me included. I did them on the George Forman grill and they came out great. Thanks for sharing!

We really enjoyed the flavor of this marinade. We had T-bone steaks. I did add alittle minced garlic to this recipe. It was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
