This wasn't that good. Not a whole lot of flavor. I had it with steak sauce. This recipe is from the "Favorite Brand Name Classic Recipe Collection" book. They have a recipe for a dry rub London broil that I liked better. Very easy to put together, but I wouldn't make this again.

This was very good! I had a nice thick piece of london broil and marinated it for 24 hours. I substituted Lipton Onion Mushroom soup for the Knorr soup and also used balsamic instead of red wine vinegar. I will make it again. Great flavor! I used the leftovers to make a steak salad and it was delish!

This was one of the BEST steak marinades that I have tried! Everyone in my house (all 3 boys my husband and I) LOVED it..no leftovers, everyone kept asking for more. I will definitally make this again. But I used Lipton Onion Soup mix. And broiled the steak in the oven. Can't wait to try cooking on the grill this summer. Thanks for the great recipe!
