St. Patrick's Day Punch

As long as you are going to be wearing green this Saint Patrick's Day, why not drink something green, too? Children will appreciate the opportunity to join in the festivities with this sweet and sparkly beverage. Since it's made with milk, the punch is good for them, too.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 4 drops mint extract
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 drops green food coloring
- seltzer water
- whipped cream
Directions

Combine milk, ice cream or frozen yogurt, extract, ice cubes, and food coloring in a blender.2
Mix until smooth. Pour into glass. Add a splash of seltzer water and top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Made a "diet' version for St. Patrick's Day with skim milk, fat free -sugar free ice cream and fat free whipped cream from the can. It was very refreshing and delicious. I will make it again and not just for St. Patrick's day. Thank you for sharing it !
