This is Beautiful and so easy to make.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Line Quiche dish with short crust pastry.
  2. 2
    Place first 4 ingredients + (bacon optional)in quiche dish or large deep pie dish.
  3. 3
    Combine other ingredients in blender. Pour contents over ingredients in dish. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

This was very good. But the temperature is wrong. I cooked it at 325 for 35-40 minutes. At 200, It never cooked.
