INHALED in under 10 minutes! I made this recipe using fresh ingredients - fresh spinach chopped up and boiled for a couple of minutes and i grated the parmesan cheese myself! SO ridiculously delicious. Then I asked someone else to make this recipe and they used frozen spinach (i'm guessing with over 300 5 star reviews that won't cause a problem!) and used the kind of parmesan cheese that you buy powdery in a tub meant for shaking onto pasta - the results were awful. So the lesson here is to at the very least use freshly grated parmesan cheese for this fantastic dip!!!

Made this for a party and it was gone in minutes! Everyone asked for the recipe- definitely a hit! I love this- I normally don't like spinach or artichokes, but this is an awesome dip.

This was AMAZING! I work at Old Chicago, and one of their most popular appetizers is the Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip. I have to say, this was just as good if not better than the restaurant! I used fat free sour cream, light cream cheese and 2 t. garlic powder, and served it with toasted garlic bread and veggies. Dee-lish!

This dip was a big hit with my friends! I substituted mushrooms for artichoke hearts and it was absolutely delicous. Great heated up the next day too! YUM...
