But you are welcome to add the beans. Serve this spicy chili over rice or toss it into a tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocados, salsa, scallions jalapenos and or lime wedges. Top a hot dog to make a chili dog! Can be frozen for a quick dinner.

I love very spicy food but this dish wasn't spicy enough for me.

This recipe is awsome ^.^. It was exactly what I was looking for (although I did add a few beans for my hubby). I made it a wee bit less spicy, and served it over cornbread, Mmmmmm. Thanks again!

I don't like beans in my chili so was happy to find this recipe. I omitted the chili peppers and cut down on the cayenne so my chili wasn't hot. The smoked paprika and the chipotles did make it smokin' and good. Thanks for sharing the recipe Rita.
