1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots

Delicious and easy. A great side for our turkey dinner. I grew up with nutmeg on carrots, as my grandmother always made them that way, but the addition of the garlic (I used powder instead of salt), and the cayenne really made these great.

This is so easy to prepare and it looks great plated. DH and I both thought that there was just a tad bit too much nutmeg for our taste buds. Next time I will cut that spice in half. Thanks for posting. Made for Diabetes Awareness Month tag game.

I had made this over the holidays and realized that I never reviewed it. It was made for a dinner party and all the guests raved over the flavor of the carrots. For such a simple and easy recipe, it really delivered on taste. Thanks for sharing!

This is such an easy side dish! I made as directed in the microwave. Stirring the carrots is essential for even cooking. I thought the seasoning was well done. I didn't find them spicy "hot" at all. It is more spicy "nicely seasoned". I will be making these again. Thank you Paula. Made for Diabetes Awareness Month Tag Game.
