Another easy and delicious chicken recipe from Mr. Food

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2
    Put drumsticks in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. 4
    In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
  5. 5
    Take drumsticks out of the oven and pour sauce mixture over them.
  6. 6
    Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes or until juice run clear.

Delicious, and so easy! I only used about 1 1/2 tsp of cumin. DH doesn't like bbq sauce (the shame...), so he didn't rave, but I loved it, and will make it again. I'll just bake his drumsticks in homemade salsa, his preference.

    I use this recipe all the time! I reduced the cumin to 1 teaspoon (2 was overpowering.)Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, it's wonderful and very, very easy!!!
