Excellent, really tasty. The flavors burst out with each bite. I used walnuts and it added another plus. I would be careful in cooking it as long as the recipe calls for. 10 Min less at least. This recipe will send you back for more persimmons so you can make this again. What a great thanksgiving sweet bread. Thanks for the recipe.
