Yummy! Definitely a different taste for a quesdadillas. I've never bought Miracle Whip so I used mayonnaise. It was still very good. Thanks.

Very yummy! I enjoyed the slight taste of sweetness that the miracle whip gave this dish. I did use a hot salsa and I stacked the tortillas instead of folding them. I cooked for about 3 minutes on each side. I just cut them with my pizza cutter, served with a side of salsa and sour cream and lunch was served. I did make just one serving and I enjoyed it. Thanks for posting.

I found this quesadilla to be delightful in taste, and truly wonderful for fast! We had these for quick appetizer before dinner, and this suited the bill perfectly. I had homemade salsa I made this week, so I wanted to use that up. The addition of Miracle Whip added a creamer spread, but did not detract from the taste at all. We found this to be perfect, and all the quesadillas were gone within minutes. The only changes I made were jalanpeno jack cheese, sliced fresh jalanpeno's, fresh cilantro for the top, and a bit of tomato pico de gallo for an extra addition. Thank you so much, WI Cheesehead. Will be making this again.

These were really good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and everyone liked them (even my kids who claim they hate Miracle Whip ) Made for lunch today. This is the first time I had ever made a quesadilla but will be making again!
