I love teas of all kinds, and this is now one of my favorites, i tried it the way you posted and i tried it with organic blue agave like reviews mentioned and it was soo good both ways. I can't wait to start feeling the benefits from drinking this every morning! Thank you Impera for sharing this recipe, its awesome!

Thanks for posting... this is great; I am familiar with the Master Cleanser recipe, which I couldn't follow, probably because it had too much maple syrup. The reviewer's suggestion about agave is perfect with this.

I've been drinking this at work for the last few weeks instead of coffee. My skin has cleared up noticeably and I find I don't need the caffeine jolt in the morning to get me going. Even though it's lemon season now I don't always have one available, so I keep freshly squeezed lemon juice ice cubes in the freezer and just pop one into a mug and add hot water. I also use a packet of Splenda to take away the "pucker." If I have ginger root available I also add a sliver of that to the mug, and a nice dash of cayenne pepper, it really adds some zing to my morning. Thanks!

Wow! This tasted much better than I expected! I took this hot tea to a cold and windy football game today. It warmed me up from the inside out. I loved the kick from the ceyenne and the tang from the lemon. I added just a small squeeze of agave nectar to balance out the two and it was just perfect. I plan to drink this between meals all week.
