Good on it's own or on rice, and of course, pasta.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions and drain.

    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, and saute garlic 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add "meatballs" and saute 2 minutes more, or until golden.

    Stir in edamame and tofu, cook 5 minutes, or until excess liquid from tofu is gone. Stir in spaghetti sauce, and heat through. Stir in cheese, and cook until it melts completely.

    Serve over pasta.
