This was my first time ever to try ground turkey. Had my doubts. Oh my, these things were good. I served them on Sarah Lee buns that were so healthy you expected the worst. Lol. Wonderful! i used pepper cheese because I didn't have monterey jack cheese, but I'll certainly try it next.I used Tostito's salsa con queso, medium, on it, and These things couldn't be more perfect, Even served Sweet potatoes. I only bought one pkg of ground turkey mix, because I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm gona watch for a sale and stock up! Also served with sliced onion, tomato and lettuce. I am a believer in ground turkey now. Thank you so very much. Wonderful, wonderful recipe.

Delicious!! We loved these quick, easy, and very flavorful turkey burgers. I served these on toasted whole wheat hamburger buns with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, and whole canned green chiles. My family devoured these and gave them 2 huge thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper!! Made for the Cookathon for KelBel

Saturday night is often turkey burger night and I'm always looking for a combination of add-ins that add lots of flavor and keep the meat moist without becoming mushy. These were just perfect and came together in a jiffy. As suggested, served them with grilled sweet potatoes and also tossed some peppers on the grill. Thanks KelBel.
