great blend of flavors, but thinner than i expected. i used on shrimp and mushroom kabobs on a charcoal grill, was a great flavor for that. and put the shrimp and a lil of the sauce on top of a salad the next day. if ic an make it thicker next time i will, if not, i won't make it again.

Dh walked into the house and wouldn't leave the kitchen because it smelled so good when the chicken was being prepared with the barbecue sauce. I subbed apple juice for the beer and it was still wonderful.

This sauce is sooo tasty! I'm not a big fan of tomato based BBQ sauces, this is great. I used it to accompany pulled pork sandwiches. I will definatley used again to marinate or baste with. Thanks!
