South Beach Friendly Oven Omelette

I adapted this recipe from an issue of Taste of Home to make it more "beach" friendly! Appropriate for all phases.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
    In medium size bowl, beat eggs with milk.
  3. 3
    Add canadian bacon, cheese, onion (optional), green pepper (optional), salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Pour mixture into greased (I use Pam) 8x8 baking dish.
  5. 5
    Bake for 40-45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
