Sondie's Hot Clam Dip

I got this recipe from my boyfriends sister. I have no idea where she got it. It is a wonderful appetizer.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams with juice

  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 34 Ritz crackers, crumbled up

Directions

  1. 1
    Put Ritz crackers in a baking dish.
  2. 2
    Mix rest of ingredients and add to crackers.
  3. 3
    Stir just a little.
  4. 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

    Use crackers, celery, etc. to dip.
