Solo Glazed Grilled Chicken Breast

Recipe #39040 | 18 min | 2 min prep | add private note
Bill Hilbrich

By: Bill Hilbrich

The kids like hamburgers on the grill, but I popped one of these in the corner for myself. The glaze is thick enough to stick to the chicken and will caramelize to a golden brown. I think this could be made under a brolier. Cooking is a Creative Sport.

    Mix catsup, honey, and mustard.
  2. 2
Cover both sides of the chicken breast with the glaze and cook on a grill for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165 degrees (F).

Decent recipe. I added garlic and a few drops of Tabasco Sauce to give it some zip.

Good idea, easy prep, I broiled it and liked it overall. It needed something, maybe the garlic? Good though, will keep this recipe around.=)

We all thought this was great, and so easy. I added some garlic as a previous reviewer suggested, and it was awesome. Served it with rice and steamed veggies - a great success!

This gets points for its ease of preparation! I used spicy brown mustard & added 1/8 tsp jarred minced garlic. I got a nice glaze from grilling on the George Foreman, but next time I think I might try baking this instead to just mix things up. Thanks for sharing!
