Everybody Loves 'em Peanut Butter Cookies

The cookies will turn out much better if you reduce the temperature to 350 degrees; step #3 is a bit redundant.
I always use parchment paper to bake cookies. This was quick and easy. I tested the recipe for our daughter's upcoming polka dot-themed birthday party. Thanks!

Excellent cookies! I followed the recipe exactly and made no substitutions or changes. These get really big and lovely looking. Nine minutes in an electric oven with a couple minutes on the pan after they were taken out worked out good for me. I also always bake on parchment paper, it really does make a difference! Manda, thanks for the super recipe! Will make them again for sure!

I was disappointed as the cookies turned out crispy instead of soft and chewy. I followed the recipe exactly. ?? Also taste too "crisco-y" for our liking.

These turn out soft and chewy and the dough is very easy to work with. The first batch I made at Cristmas didn't even make to the cookie tray!- these are my kids (21,20 & 17)
FAVORITE cookies.
