This technique gave skinless, boneless chicken thighs had a mushy, liverlike texture. The sauce was good over egg noodles, but I won't try this again.

Thanks for this wonderful recipe! We got a crockpot as a wedding present a couple of weeks ago. This was the first recipe I used. It was great! As we are out at work during the day for about 11 hours a lot of the recipes I have found don't allow long enough for cooking. It took me less than 5 minutes to prepare in the morning, and was ready and waiting when we got home - perfect. It was delicious served with spiral pasta (had no rice) and vegies. I think this will be something I make weekly...

A tried and true recipe. A great no fuse recipe that doesn't lack in taste.
