These veggies were a great side dish to have with Asian Chicken Thighs for my dinner with a friend. They were easy to make and tasted just great! I plan to make these again next week along with another of my Asian Main dishes. Deelicious! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us Lainey! Made for Gimme 5 Tag Game 3/09 Linda

Quick, easy and fresh from the garden - can't hardly beat that combination! I used one portabella mushroom cap cut into chunks in place for the fresh mushroom - I enjoyed how the mushrooms really soaked up the flavor of the teriyaki. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

It gets 5 stars simply for how quick this is. I served it as a side dish with Chinese Chicken (which has a distinct teriyaki flavor to it). This is a nice dish, which I'll make again. Thanks for another great recipe, Lainey.

Excellent and easy to make. Loved the addition of the teriyaki sauce.
