Yummy recipe from Taste of Home, good for beginner cooks. Simple make it easy to prepare.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces.

    Chop celery and onion into small pieces, to your liking.
  3. 3
    Saute sausage and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.

    Add water, milk, and flavor packet from the potatoes and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, add potatoes.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
