These are great kebabs. The curry flavouring is very delicate and there is just a hint of sweetness. Oh...can't wait...These are wonderful grilled on the BBQ and served with steamed jasmin rice and fresh fruit.

Loved the curry in these kebabs - marinated for 5 hours, although they weren't as flavorful as I would have liked, perhaps marinated over night would do the trick.. All in all, these made a lovely light dinner tonight, served with white rice as suggested!

this marinade is wonderdul, I increased the fresh garlic to 2 heaping tablespoonsfuls and also added in 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for heat, I omitted the onion and red bell pepper on the skewers but did use the green, this was very good we thoroughly enjoyed these kabobs BK and will make again soon, thanks for sharing hon!

Awesome marinade, it imparts a wonderful subtle flavour, keeping the chicken ultra moist. I made the kababs with squash slices, onions and red peppers, and used soaked bamboo skewers, which i find to be so much better than the metal ones i used to use; the kebabs seem to stay in place when turned on the grill, rather than spinning around on the skewer.cooking time was 20 mins on the grill, but you do have to watch these babies and keep them turned frequently.
