A great family-pleasing meal. I tripled the recipe (for 4 sons and a husband) without a problem. I used elbow macaroni and instead of Velveeta, I used a mix of American and cheddar cheeses. My smoked sausage was Healthy Choice brand. We ate this with steamed broccoli on the side. We all loved this meal, and I'll make this again. Thanx!
