This was really yummy, we had a whole packet of smoked slamon left over from last night and I had some green apples which i didn't make into my stew, this really is something special and not to mention, very simple. Thank you for posting, Miss Pixie x x x

I love cream cheese and salmon! This was great! I agree with RitaL and I made mine on an onion bagel. I would have never in a million years that of having an apple on this sandwich but it really worked.

I made this on a bagel that I sliced thin. Using chive cream cheese and salmon that I had leftover! It`s great when you can use home grown tomatoes!
