Pretty good dip. Didn't really go over at poker night, but was better the next day. Served with celery and carrot sticks as well as crackers. Probably won't make again, mainly b/c I've discovered that smoked salmon's not really a favorite...Thanks for posting. It's a good recipe, just not really my taste!

Easy to make. I also grated lemon peel to add a bit color in the dip. I didn't have chives or dill so I substituted with chopped onion and green onion. Black pepper is used. Turned out still good.

I served this Thanksgiving night, and my guests loved it. I served it with a ring of "fancy" crackers that night. I had the little smidgen of leftovers with some Club crackers; every bit as yummy the next night. I omitted the chives, otherwise, recipe was made as directed. I will be making this again. And no one has to know how easy it was make! Thanks!

I loved this dip - so did my guests. I didn't really measure any of the ingredients I just went by what looked like the right amount, I loved the dill in this which works so well with Salmon. I served it with crackers and carrot sticks - Thanks Evelyn.
