Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

In a bowl, combine flour and salt.2
Whisk together eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until blended.3
Pour into four greased and floured 8-oz. custard cups.4
Place on a baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are golden brown (do not open oven door during b aking).

These are so cute! Very easy and fun to pull the little masterpieces out of the oven. I could have left mine in the oven another 3 minutes or so, but my oven can be difficult to live with.
