Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Fall off the bone pork chops with a creamy dijon sauce, great comfort food!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Salt and pepper pork chops as desired.

    Slice potataoes
  3. 3
    In slow cooker mix together potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and dijon mustard.

    In a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in olive oil.
  5. 5
    Place pork chops in slow cooker on top of the potatoes.
  6. 6
    Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

I did this dish last night and it was WONDERFUL. I had thumbs up all the way including my picky 3yr. old. I followed the recipe exactly. I think maybe next time I'll use a different cream soup and maybe add some mushrooms. But this is definitely a keeper in my cookbook. Thanks for a great recipe!

    Just finished this melt in your mouth dinner. Added a thick sliced carrot and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Excellent as written with the mustard in the backround. Thanks a bunch.

    These were so try to the description. They were fall of the bone good pork chops. My husband isn't a big pork eater because he says it's to dry, and he loved these. Add a garden salad and you've got yourself an easy meal. Thanks so much for sharing. Prepared for My 3 Chefs tag game.

    This is whats for dinner tonight!!! I'll let you know how it goes! =^..^= Well I sliced 2 Lg potatoes, 1 Lg onion, layered them and put 2 pork loin chops on top then the rest of your ingredients. And cooked as directed. Wow.... so easy and so good even my picky husband gave it a thumbs up ! Thanks for posting.
