This mix was okay. Sorry to say it wasn't our favorite; probably just a taste preference. It was easy to put together with ingredients we had on hand. I used red pepper flakes and a dash of cayenne pepper in place of green chili pepper flakes and celery flakes in place of the seeds. Also added some chopped onion cooked with the meat.

This is the best of all these homemade spice packets. My friends and family won't eat the package mix anymore. GREAT JOB !

Have been making this for years. I do not buy those expensive package mixes; I usually have all the stuff on hand to mix up my own. Made this to use with Pepper Beef Goulash Pepper Beef Goulash.
