It was a tasty cocktail, and quite refreshing. The coconut smoothed out the peach schnapps, and the rum rounded out the overall tropical feel of the drink. I liked it.

This was good. I thought the flavors melded well together. Nice drink to make for the girls.

Instead of coconut extract, I used Bacardi Coco (rum) and almost 1/4 ounce. This drink is so good and with this drink we don't need to go to Cuba LOL Thanks Lorie Made for Newest Zaar tag game
