I reduced this recipe down to 12 servings, and used a non stick cookie sheet instead of the parchment paper. I cooked them for 15 minutes and they turned out great.

These are simply amazing! I had a craving for shortbread cookies and wanted some in a hurry and this recipe was the answer. They are so delicious, fast and easy to make. This has immediately found a spot in my list of all-time favorite recipes.

these cookies are amazing!!!! its amazing how much of a difference powdered sugar makes to granulated. They just melted in my mouth, and theyre so easy!
