Delicious salad! The buttery avocado with the sweet papaya was very nice! I added some green onions and sprinkled Cilantro over. Excellent with blackened fish.

This is a totally brilliant combination. It is pleasing to the eye and a delight to the palate. I used it as the base for lobster martinis, lining the martini glasses with bibb lettuce, mixing the papaya avocado salad with slivers of fennel and red onion. Everyone loved it--even eating the lettuce because of the salad traces which adhered to it. Fabulous!
