It doesn't get any easier than these. Kids love these!

SERVES 60 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients in sauce pan.

    Boil one minute.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in oats.
  5. 5
    Add remaining ingredients.

    Drop onto wax paper and let cool.

    These are great...remind me of very yummy fudge. However...not sure if I was making my cookies too big or what...but I definitely did not get 60 cookies. This made about 25 normal size cookies...and they were EXCELLENT!!

    Yummy! I substituted splenda for the sugar and used reduced fat peanut butter, skim milk, and reduced fat butter. Thanks for a great recipe- this will certainly satisfy my sweet tooth!
