    Combine everything in a large pot and simmer for about an hour.

    Good soup to use leftovers in - beans, zucchini, etc. Very good the next day.

    Hey i loved your recipe! i couldn't elp but notice that there is no mention of any liquid, i've made it twice using 4 cups of tomato juice and 2 cups of water for the broth, and it was delightful!!
